He has been going on board ships continuously since the age of 1. With his father being a Captain and his godfather also being a Captain and many of his family and friends being “In the Industry” there is no doubt, Teddy P has been steeped in the Maritime world since being born. No wonder why he has such a close attachment to the actual ships themselves, the crew and the industry as a whole. It has held a close place in his heart since being a child. Theodosios Panourgias (Teddy P) is the founder and CEO of All Marine Spares International. His company was established in 1999. Prior to founding All Marine, he started working professionally in the industry at the age of 21, over 30 years ago. His broad expanse of experience in the Maritime industry enables him to efficiently handle his divergent duties. Utilizing outstanding analytical skills and an exceptional knowledge of shipping, he fortifies policies and strategies that contribute to his Company’s overall record of success and its legacy of excellence. All Marine supports their clients with the technical management of their assets whether they are operating Commercial Vessels (Tanker / Bulker / Cruise, etc..), Military assets (US Navy / USCG), Offshore (Drill Rigs / Drill Ships / OSV’s / WTIV’s) and Shipbuilding projects (Ship builders through world).

In this podcast we explore Mr. Arntzen’s personal and professional journey. Beginning as a Norwegian immigrant and ultimately becoming a distinguished leader in the global maritime finance field and ship ownership. Mr. Arntzen has had a remarkable career spanning over 40 years spending nearly 20 of those years at Chase Bank and a few others, steadily climbing to the top of the industry. He also served on the board of directors for numerous companies spanning several decades. The discussion also covers challenges and innovations surrounding decarbonization in our industry and touched on other subjects such as alternative fuels and autonomous shipping.
